Passed away suddenly on April 17th aged 57 years.
Dearly loved partner of Tracey, a loving and devoted dad of Jack also a dear brother and uncle.
His funeral service will take place at All Saints Church Narborough on Thursday 22nd May at 2pm.
No flowers by request but donations if desired for Diabetes UK may be given at the service or made via this page.
