FUNERAL NOTIFICATION

PERREM Thomas Joseph (Tom) of Gayton, passed away on March 19th aged 71 years.

Dearly loved husband of Kate also a devoted dad and grandad.

There will be a small family funeral service with a memorial service held at a later date.
